We offer nationwide delivery within the United Kingdom and select international shipping to certain regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@packxcity.xyz for assistance.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations may apply depending on your country’s policies. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities.

2. Delivery Options and Estimated Shipping Times

We offer multiple delivery options based on the product type and location. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

For Motorcycles

  • Standard Motorcycle Delivery: 7-14 business days
  • Express Motorcycle Delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Custom or Special Order Motorcycles: 14-21 business days (subject to availability and production time)

For Motorcycle Parts, Accessories, and Gear

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Available for select products if ordered before 12:00 PM GMT

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance for international orders.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: Available for domestic orders above a specified amount (check our promotions for updates).
  • Motorcycle Shipping Fees: Depend on the size, weight, and delivery location. Contact us for a detailed quote if needed.
  • International Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout, but additional customs duties and taxes may apply.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive your tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team.

5. Tracking Your Order

Customers will receive a tracking link via email once the order has been shipped. You can track your package using the courier’s website or our Track Your Order page.

For any issues regarding tracking updates or lost shipments, contact us at info@packxcity.xyz and provide your order number.

6. Delivery Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be circumstances beyond our control that cause delays. These may include:

  • Carrier delays due to high shipping volumes
  • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Customs clearance delays for international orders
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package is significantly delayed, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you updated. If a package is lost or undelivered, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider and issue a replacement or refund if necessary.

7. Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving your package, please inspect it immediately to ensure all items are included and in good condition. If there is any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

For motorcycle deliveries, the recipient must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. If you notice any damage upon delivery, do not accept the shipment, and contact us immediately for further assistance.

8. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, additional import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Important Notes:

  • We comply with international shipping regulations but cannot guarantee customs clearance timelines.
  • If an order is held at customs, the recipient must coordinate with the local authorities to complete clearance.
  • If an order is returned to us due to customs non-compliance or unpaid duties, a restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

9. Failed Deliveries and Address Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

For failed delivery attempts:

  • Most carriers will make at least two delivery attempts before returning the package.
  • If a package is returned due to multiple failed attempts, the customer must cover the reshipping cost.

To avoid delivery issues, double-check your address details before placing an order.

10. Order Cancellation and Changes

Customers can cancel or modify their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
