We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations, and we strive to make the refund and return process as seamless as possible. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products, requesting refunds, and addressing any issues with your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Certain products, such as customized motorcycles, special orders, and gift cards, are non-refundable.

If the return request does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to decline the return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email info@packxcity.xyz with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
  2. Receive Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the product securely and send it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method – Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Store Credit – If preferred, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
  • Partial Refunds – If an item is returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition, we may issue a partial refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in shipping the wrong or defective item.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. To request an exchange, contact us at info@packxcity.xyz within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature, including:

  • Motorcycles that have been ridden, modified, or registered.
  • Custom-built motorcycles or special order items.
  • Helmets, riding gear, or accessories that have been worn or used for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests will be subject to a restocking fee if the item has already been shipped.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@packxcity.xyz with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at info@packxcity.xyz.
